Returns Policy.

If you are unhappy with any of the items that you have ordered, you can return them to us for either an exchange or refund. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase in a resalable condition.
We do recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office when returning any goods, and consider insuring your parcel, in order that you can claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for parcels that are damaged or mislaid in transit.
If for any reason you decide to cancel your order, then please do so ASAP and a full refund will be given.
If you are not satisfied with the flies you have ordered, we may at our sole discretion, agree to replace them with alternative flies of an equivalent value.

Delivery.

Deliveries to UK mainland are £3.99 for standard delivery (normally within two working days for orders received before 2pm), and are dispatched with our delivery partner, Parcelforce. We only deliver within the UK. Some bulky or fragile products may incur nominal, additional delivery charges.
Each parcel is fully trackable so you can follow the progress of your items through to delivery, which will take place on a weekday between 8am and 5pm. So, if nobody will be at home between those times please provide an alternate delivery address when you are checking out. Alternatively, the courier will attempt to leave your item with a neighbour.
